On Thursday 1st July, Porsche Centre Portsmouth hosted its annual qualifying round for the Porsche Golf Cup at Blackmoor Golf Club. The sun shone on a field of 30 players who competed for a place in the National Final at The Belfry later this year.
On arrival our golfers were welcomed with a light breakfast and the opportunity to meet fellow Porsche owners and enthusiasts before making use of the practise facilities. The players then displayed skilled golfing in the beautiful surroundings followed by a delicious lunch and prize presentation in the clubhouse.
An enjoyable day was had by all with one customer saying: ‘It was a brilliant day - with the weather, the venue and the excellent set-up, it was a great experience.’
This year’s qualifying winners, David Story and David Roberts, will represent Porsche Centre Portsmouth at the National Final at The Belfry Golf Club in September.
Thank you to all the players, staff and Blackmoor Golf club for an enjoyable and memorable day. We wish Mr Story and Mr Roberts the very best of luck in the National Final.

For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.

To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
