Sportscar Together Day

On Saturday 9 June, Porsche Centre Portsmouth welcomed over 200 guests to our Sportscar Together Day in celebration of 70 years of Porsche. To mark the 70th birthday, events took place around the globe with sportscar drivers, enthusiasts and fans worldwide.
35 Porsche models through the ages, ranging from a 356 to the latest GT3 RS were on display. These cars were entries into our annual ‘Show and Shine’ concourse which took place during the event. Also on display was the current Porsche model range.
Racing simulators, a Kids Sport Driving School and the BATAK challenge were enjoyed by all and refreshments, including a barbecue, were available throughout the day.
At midday, all 35 Show and Shine entries participated in a drive out to stunning Grange Estate in Hampshire to meet with our friends from Porsche Centre Bournemouth and make a spectacular display of 70 vehicles. A delicious lunch was enjoyed, followed by a presentation to the ‘Show and Shine’ concourse winner.
