At Porsche Portsmouth we strive to deliver an exceptional level of service and customer care. We provide exclusive videos for our customers to view as we believe communication with our customers is important. The ‘CitNow’ video is used in both of our Sales and Service departments.
These videos enable a technician to talk a customer through a specific diagnosis of a fault so that the customer better understands their car and the fault itself. The ‘CitNow’ video also enables our Sales team to give a customer a closer look at a vehicle they are interested in such as the specification and functions.
