Porsche Centre Portsmouth now features a Direct Dialogue Bay

We have recently introduced a new Direct Dialogue Bay to our Centre. The Direct Dialogue Bay is a purpose-built, detached facility that sits next to our Service Reception area. It is an important new addition as it allows customers the opportunity to become involved in their car’s inspection with one of our Service Advisors.
The car is raised upon a ramp to ensure the diagnostics are easily established. This enhanced and insightful feature within the Centre allows improved understanding of the condition of the car and will show if any further work will be required.
After an inspection is completed, our Porsche-trained Technicians will perform the work that has been diagnosed and approved by the customer, as well as any other customer requests.
